  19.     so, it's october 2000, and we decide to release some of our older cd-r
  20. releases as module packs and mpeg files.

  22.     this archive contains the original module files of hardcorrosion [now
  23. known as lo-tek kings] release from 1996 - brain damage.  these modules
  24. are the original source modules made in octamed soundstudio on amiga, so
  25. you might even use them for remixing and sample ripping.  ;>>

  30.     BRAIN DAMAGE presents 14 tracks in at least 5 music styles.  It begins
  31. with very dark ambience INTRO which announces 4 second generation hardcore
  32. tracks, going over 200 BPM!  After them, the unfortunate listener is
  33. confronted with the experimental METALLIC BRAINWASH followed by the dark
  34. industrial AFTERLIFE.  REPRESSIVE THOUGHTS easilly beats up the tempo and
  35. set it to trip-hop/breakbeat experience in next 4 tracks.  Last two tracks
  36. are a bit of old-school breakbeat phused with industrial sounds, leaving
  37. the listener in need for more.  Intentionally ;>>

  39.     However, this is just a try to explain in words a unique sound
  40. experience hARdCoRRoSioN offer, you simply have to hear it yourself to
  41. understand it right.

  69.     you can use whatever player you like, however experience tought us
  70. that APlayer gives the best external soundstudio playback.  you can get
  71. APlayer from aminet - archive name is aplay222.lha.
  72.  
  73. PC+WINDOWS:
  74.     first of all, don't even try to play this files in modplug.  modplug
  75. doesn't support MMD3 multichannel mode soundstudio modules!
  76.     best results are achieved with winamp in_octamed plugin which can be
  77. obtained through octamed website at http://www.octamed.co.uk or directly
  78. from http://www-public.tu-bs.de:8080/~y0011043/med.html.
  79.     in order to hear the music right, you'll have to uncheck the 'full
  80. 16bit volume' option in plugin configuration.
  81.     other option is the minimedplayer which is available from
  82. www.crsn.com/music.  after all, you can use the octamed public beta for
  83. playback too, if you like...
